Crepe Mix

Ingredients: Enriched self -flour (wheat flour, sodiuro bicarbonate E500, raising agent, sugar, vegetabie oll, corn starch, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, buttermilk powder, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide (E551)) vanilla.

Recipe: ADD 1.25 KG FROM THE MIX THEN ADD
1500 ML WARM WATER.

Preparation Method: Beat well for 3 minutes until smooth, and then keep the mix for 20 minutes to rest.
