Ingredients: Wheat flour, Wheat Starch, Sugar, Cacao Powder, Emulsifier (vegetable origin), Baking Powder, Salt, Vanilla.

Recipe: 1000gr. Chocolate sponge mix, 600 gr. (14 eggs) Whole eggs, 200gr. (1/2 cup) Water or Juice.
FOR SWISSROLL 300GR. WATER OR JUICE

Preparation Method: Put all Ingredients in a Bowl and Mix with a Whisk for 1 min. At first speed, Then 8 min. At Maximum Speed. Fill Tins to 2/3
And Bake At 180oC degree for 30 To 35 minutes.
FOR SWISSROLL FILL TRAY AND BAKE AT 2500C IN DACK OVEN
