- For most cases, returns are free of charge.
- A representative or distributor will coordinate the pickup of the returned item from your location.
- If the issue is determined not to meet our return policy (e.g., damage caused after delivery), you may be responsible for return costs.
4. Refunds and Replacements
Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we offer the following resolution options:
- Full refund in cash (returned via distributor or credited on next order)
- Replacement of the same item, if available in stock

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after approval, depending on your location and delivery coordination.
